We had a great experience with the close proximity to the theme park. We arrived early and were glad they held our things until we came back, making our stay smoother. My partner and I loved the convenience this offered, especially after enjoying the attractions.

Superb location right across from Universal Studios! The room was spacious and had a nice view. Breakfast was decent with lots of choices and kid-friendly options. However, the pillows were too hard for my taste. Staff's English could be better too, felt a bit tricky to communicate sometimes.

The amenities were solid, and it felt like we had everything we needed right there. Just a couple of things, the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and I could've used more outlets for charging devices.

Breakfast was a real treat too, with fresh squeezed orange juice. I can't wait to come back.

The family loved the fun Minion-themed decor and the kids really enjoyed the playground in the lobby. We tried the full body massage and the luxurious bubble bath, which made our stay super relaxing. Just a heads up, we had to take a pricey taxi since the shuttle wasn’t running on our arrival night, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience! 😊

The vibrant Minion theme throughout the hotel adds a fun touch, and the staff's friendliness made every interaction pleasant. The room had an impressive view of the bay and was spacious enough for our family to relax comfortably. Conveniently, lockers were available for storing our bags before check-in and after checkout. However, accessing the hotel from the station could be confusing if you take the wrong exit, and the lack of desk space made it hard to do any work during our stay.

I loved staying here because it was just a short walk to the Osaka Takoyaki Museum and I found myself enchanted by the nearby Tempozan Harbor Village, both perfect for my city strolls. plus, the room was super spacious with a fun beach theme that made my time relaxing after exploring. The only downside was the long check-in process, but it didn't overshadow the great experience I had overall.
